   Verified drivers on your route get an alert. The first suitable driver accepts.

   Pick up

   The driver enters your pickup code and photographs the parcel.

   Collected → departed → approaching destination updates.

   Handover

   Your receiver gives their secure code. Delivery is confirmed and recorded.
